Day Zero
I bought this domain yesterday.
I made this website today.
This weekend I am going out for my first set of photos for this project. I am definitely nervous, but also really excited.
I’m nervous because taking photos of strangers on the street involves a lot of rejection.
I normally get a few hours with each person I photography, but for this project I will get seconds.
I have done this style of photography a few times before and it was a lot of fun … once you get over all the rejection.
I am curious to see if things are different now that TikTok is around and lots of people have seen this sort of concept on their TikTok feed. Maybe people will be more open?
Only one way to find out.
